This meeting is open only to paid registered members, and can be attended via video conference. However, in accordance with the constitution, physical presence at the meeting is required to be eligible to vote.

In accordance with Fasal 7 (4) and (5) of the Constitution, notice is hereby given of the call for nominations for the election of Office bearers and committee members for the 2027/2028 term.
